Get ready to make this Halloween an unforgettable celebration for our community!
We’re calling on all local businesses and residents to join us in setting the perfect spooky scene and handing out candy to our young trick-or-treaters in the Quayside and Downtown neighbourhoods.
When: Wednesday, October 31, from 5:00-8:00 PM
Where: On the boardwalk along the Rivermarket-Quayside Promenade corridor
Let’s come together to create a festive atmosphere along the boardwalk! Whether your business can host a simple festive activity or your family or a group from your strata just want to pass out treats, your participation will help make this event a highlight for our little ghosts and goblins. Plus, we’ll feature your building or business in our event promotions!
Bonus: Carve a pumpkin and put it on display along the boardwalk for our Family Place Halloween contest, and you could win a fabulous prize! Just drop it off at the Family Place trick or treat station by 7:00 pm to be included.
Ready to join the fun? RSVP by emailing us at info@newwestfamilies.ca to confirm your participation and let us know how you’d like to be involved. We are looking for volunteers to help at the event, groups to bring a decorated table and treats to hand out, submissions to our jack ‘o lantern competition.
